THE FIELD SETUP

What is paintball?
Paintball Definitions: 1. Is A game in which players on one team seek to eliminate those on an opposing team by marking them with a water-soluble dye shot in capsules from air guns. 2. The dye filled gelatinous capsule shot from guns in this game.

When do we play?
We play when ever the weather permits. Field hours and days of operation are flexible and fluctuate depending upon the time of the year and what is on our calendar. Most open shoots are played either on Saturday or Sunday starting at 1:00 and ending at 5:00. E-mail us at joshnorman@normanpaintball.com or give us a call to make sure we will be open. All dates and times are sent out weekly via e-mail and will be available on the calender.

Who plays?
All age groups play at Norman Paintball. Our minimum age for players is 12, and any players between the ages of 12 and 17 must have their parents sign a waiver form inorder for them to qualify to play. No players will be allowed to play without a waiver. Often times our younger players or even inexperienced players will seperate into a small group and play a seperate course but at Norman Paintball we encourage everyone to play together.

Our Policy?
Norman Paintball is a player's field where new and experienced players can come to have fun at the lowest price feasible. Although we focus on fun, we also stress safety and will not tolerate unsafe practices exhibited by players who have already been warned. All profits collected go back into the field. Norman Paintball is not a buisness but simply a place where people can come together and have fun playing paintball. We have outlined rules that will be clearly stated before each day of play. If these rules are broken, we reserve the right to ban the violating party from the field at the owner's discretion. Most importantly we just want players to have a great time and encourage the positive growth of the sport as well as provide a service to the surrounding community.

Our Rules
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE 8 SIMPLE RULES:
1. BE HONEST AND CALL YOURSELF OUT.
2. DO PAINT CHECKS ON YOURSELF AND OTHER PLAYERS.
3. BE SAFE AT ALL TIMES AND NOT THREATEN THE WELL BEING OF OTHER PLAYERS.
4. LISTEN TO DIRECTIONS AND FOLLOW THE RULES.
5. TRY YOUR BEST TO REFRAIN FROM USING PROFAIN LANGUAGE.
6. RESPECT OTHER PLAYERS AND ESPECIALLY STAFF.
7. SIGN A WAIVER BEFORE PLAY.
8. HAVE FUN AT ALL TIMES.
